Built in 1902 as a comfortable country home for a captain of industry

This unique 28-room mansion is proud to be fully restored and on the National Register of Historic Places. Each morning guests experience a full country breakfast selected from our extensive menu - be sure to ask about our daily special. Delicious four course dinners are served Tuesday through Saturday in our romantic dining room. Windsor is a quaint village famous for being the birthplace of Vermont. It sits on the banks of the Connecticut River, just a short drive from Woodstock, VT and Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire. We're also centrally located to many attractions, including Quechee Gorge, Okemo Ski Resort, Ascutney Mountain, and Lake Runnemede.
