Located right next door to The Vermont Country Store in Weston, Vermont, The Bryant House serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch. We offer hearty comfort-food dishes – such as our homemade Bryant House Chicken Pie – as well as soups, sandwiches, salads, and made-from-scratch desserts. Enjoy a libation and appetizer in our beautiful 1885 barroom. Mildred’s Dairy Bar serves Vermont’s own Wilcox Ice Cream, creemees, and your favorite burgers, hot dogs, and sandwiches. The Bryant House is open 7 days; closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Mildred’s Dairy Bar is open 7 days Summer-Fall.
