Farm-to-table philosophy guides selections at historic inn’s restaurant, pub

A pioneer in the farm-to-table philosophy, the Grafton Inn offers diners several options to enjoy timeless, hearty dishes that will appeal to every palate. The menu at the 1801 Tavern is sophisticated but not stuffy, with a seasonally rotating menu with entrees like vegetable paella, grilled halibut, duck breast and fish and chips. The historic Pine Room Bar encourages guests to cozy up by the fireplace or mingle at the bar. Pub fare with a Vermont twist is on offer at the warm, appealing Phelps Barn Pub. Originally a carriage house, the “hayloft” now provides an elevated seating area, perfect to enjoy a delightful appetizer and a craft cocktail. The barn also has a seasonal patio for al fresco dining.
