Affordable Weddings in Southern Vermont

Can you have a magical Vermont wedding that is also affordable? At the Scott Farm, one of the unique properties owned by The Landmark Trust USA, the answer is a resounding yes. Larger gatherings are held in the Apple Barn, with farm and mountain vistas, and smaller ones in the charming Dutton Farmhouse and attached tent for al fresco dining. (Booking the farmhouse also includes a two-night stay for up to eight guests.) A list of preferred vendors for photographers, food, music and other services can be provided, and because only 10 weddings a year are hosted at the 571-acre farm, each one is special for the farm staff. Another Trust property, the cozy Sugar House, is an ideal honeymoon location, close to hiking, biking and skiing.
