Come for the sugarin’ – stay for the fun
Everything maple is on the menu and the Morse family knows its syrup. Starting eight generations ago, their earliest ancestors were taught how to tap maple trees by Native Americans. In winter, sit a spell in front of a fire and enjoy a Vermont breakfast and delicious natural snacks. Savor some sugar on snow in the sugar house during “sugarin’ time” in March - hot maple sugar turned to taffy when it’s drizzled over shaved ice and served with a fresh donut. In summer the farm stand opens with the best of the region’s fruits and vegetables. Year-round there are monthly events, trails to wander, and maple syrup, pies, jams and jellies to satisfy. Tour groups are welcome. Get your maple on!

Meals at this family farm inn are as unforgettable as the Vermont countryside
Nestled in the quiet comfort of the Vermont countryside, something remarkable is happening in the kitchen of the Liberty Hill Farm & Inn. Bountiful breakfasts and farm-fresh, family-style dinners that have been served up to guests for decades are finding their way into Gourmet magazine, The New York Times, Yankee Magazine, the Boston Globe and “Good Morning America.” It’s no wonder: Guests rave about the inn’s breakfasts (especially the baked oatmeal) and comfort-food dinners (especially the chicken pot pie and those fresh-baked desserts). It’s all part of the full farm experience at the inn, where you can help milk cows or just rock on the porch. Rooms are cozy and spotless, there’s wifi throughout and plenty of activities, from trail hikes to berry picking.
