With a focus on fresh, locally-grown ingredients, Basin Harbor Club makes vacation dining a memorable experience. At our Main Dining Room, you'll enjoy your meal while looking out on spectacular views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks. Our evening menu features elegant five-course dinners seven nights a week. Enjoy sturgeon caviar, Faroe Island salmon, filet mignon, and house-made Maplebrook ricotta ravioli. Whenever possible, we purchase from farms right here in Vermont. We have been recognized with the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for many years. During the social season (June 14 to September 2) gentlemen wear jackets and collared shirts. The exception is Saturday, when resort casual is welcome. We also serve a classic buffet breakfast daily from 7 AM to 10 AM.
