4th Annual Snow Golf of The Landmark Trust

Feb 22, 2026 - Feb 22, 2026 Scott Farm, 707 Kipling Rd, Dummerston, VT 05301

 ID of the event
Snow Golf: Chip, Drive, & Putt for Preservation

We held our inaugural Snow Golf challenge in 2023 on a beautiful snowy day and had so much fun, we’ve made it an annual event! Snow or no snow, seasoned golfer or novice, we always have a great time for a good cause. Once again we’ll be partnering with the Brattleboro Country Club on the design and layout of our challenges and featuring our popular Scott Farm pop up bar and Newton’s Curveball Concessions food cart.

New to Snow Golf? Have you ever wondered what it would be like to hit a golf ball in the snow? So did Rudyard Kipling! Kipling invented Snow Golf right here in Vermont at his home - Naulakha. As stewards of Naulakha, we’re excited to continue the tradition right where it was born with a fun wintery fundraiser.

Snow Golf is just like regular golf but even more fun…because it’s in the snow! Our event is designed to be a fun challenge for anyone who wants a unique way to stay active in the depths of Winter as well as seasoned golfers wanting to practice their game in the off season. And everyone is invited to eat, drink, and enjoy the ambiance, even if you’re not golfing. Prizes will be awarded for winners at each challenge, best dressed, longest distance traveled, and more.

All proceeds support our historic preservation work, helping us maintain these beautiful historic properties, produce place-based educational programs, and save additional historic buildings.

Space is limited, and tee times will sell out, so register today! Why not make a weekend of it and stay at one of our properties while you're here?
